客户介绍了客户，这是要回扣么？

一个国外客户介绍了一个客户给我，发邮件时这样说，是要回扣吗？求解！“Amy when he orders i will be expecting some discount for my orders try even give him 15 cent more and give me 15 cent discount. tell him its becouse of the CE :-)Let me know when he contact you. ”
