开关电源做3C认证，测试标准主要依据GB4943.
其实主要的几项就是：1.温度，2. 安全距离，3.异常测度
3C认证的全称为“强制性产品认证制度”，它是各国*为保护消费者人身安全和国家安全、加强产品质量管理、依照法律法规实施的一种产品合格评定制度。所谓3C认证，就是中国强制性产品认证制度，英文名称China Compulsory Certification，英文缩写CCC。
开关电源需要做3C认证，但3C认证没听说过要做效率计算，都只做安规和EMC的相关内容，而且还要确定开关电源的用途，是用在IT上，还是AV上，还是灯具上，这个要确定才能确定所使用的标准，我司可做3C认证。
