第一句有错，是could you tell me how I can go to the park?从句要用陈述句语序。
这两个是一样的，没必要区分开来。
第一个句子语法不对，应该是could you tell me how i can get to the park?
Could you tell me how to get to the park?
英语中从句都用陈述句语序，两句都表示怎么样到达公园，都用get to the park
