MOE的subsidy就是service obligation，在网申的时候申请表上会有这一选项，是否要service obligation，在yes前边打钩就行了。只要南大录取了，service obligation就会有的，开学之后1/2个月左右会有MOE的人过来学校签合同什么的，很简单
