确实没多大区别，都可以跟从句，都常用于书面语，意思也差不多，作文中基本可以互换。如果说有区别的话就是thus使用起来灵活一些，可以放在句末，可以和and连用，可以直接跟动词，可以独成一句。 They told her to water the flowers every morning, and she did it thus. He didn't work hard. Thus he was fired.
