解决办法：从正常的系统（windows2000和XP都可以）里复制c:\windows\system32\shdocvw.dll文件，重命名为shdocvw32.dll，粘贴（alt＋ctrl＋delete —文件－新任务运行－cmd.exe）到问题电脑的c:\windows\system32\文件夹里，运行explorer.exe，一切就都恢复了。
For XP：
1. Click Start- run, type appwiz.cpl and click ok.
2. Check on the Show Update check box.
3. Find the update you want to delete
For Vista：
1. Start- type appwiz.cpl in the start search box and press enter
2. Check on the Show Update check box.
3. Find the update you want to delete
1. Click Start- run, type appwiz.cpl and click ok.
2. Check on the Show Update check box.
3. Find the update you want to delete
For Vista：
1. Start- type appwiz.cpl in the start search box and press enter
2. Check on the Show Update check box.
3. Find the update you want to delete
