这个问题官方的使用手册上的解释是电池过热导致的电池不能充电。使用手册上的解决方法是取下电池冷却后再装上，但是这个基本没用，我试过。请您开机按F2进入Bios界面，界面内System info中会看到Battery health。请确认电脑提示是否有下面四种报错。如果有类似报错，电池就存在问题了 。1、Your battery is changing normally.However.you may begin tonotic reduced operating time because your long-term battery life is decreasing2、Your battery is changing normally.however it is reaching the end of its usable life.You can experience a longer operating time with a new battery. You may want to consider purchasing a replacement battery now.3、Your battery can no longer provide sufficient power to your system and needs to be replaced.4、Your battery has experienced a permanent failure and needs to be replaced.如果有上述提示，就可以确定自己的电池是不是坏掉了，或者寿命到了。
