楼下翻译都不准确。 no how = under any conditions
前半句很好理解， Nobody gets in to see the wizard. = Nobody can get in to see the wizard. = Nobody can see the Great Oz
后半句， Not noboday 不是一般意义的双重否定，而是一种加强语气的否定，多见于文化程度不高的地区。这里作者故意这么写，表达说话的人文化水平很低，或故意模仿一种方言的感觉。 所以 Not nobody = Absolutely nobody
