加纳CTN已经取消，还有不少朋友在问加纳需要CTN吗？

GRA informs all importers and exporters that with deployment of the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS) the requirement of a Cargo Tracking Number (CTN) has been removed. The valuation and risk management tools are all embedded in the ICUMS.

Importers are therefore not required to obtain a CTN before importing goods into the country.

是取消了，不过你得问你客户是否还需要。部分管制范围内的产品是需要做加纳COC的不过部分管制范围内的产品是需要做加纳COC的没有取消，仍然像以前那么严格，特别是报关单。根据加纳GHANA法令，自2018年3月1日起，所有发货至加纳特马、阿克拉、库马西、塔克拉底、塔马利的货物都必须向ZKTEST申请CTN (Cargo Tracking Notes) number。如果没有申请此货物跟踪单将视为触犯加纳的条例，并在目的港受到严厉惩罚
